Why Choose a Board-Certified Periodontist?
Dental implants are a significant investment in your health and confidence. Here’s why specialist care matters.
Specialist Training & Experience
Periodontists complete three additional years of advanced training beyond dental school, focusing exclusively on implants, gum health, and bone regeneration. Our doctors have placed over 40,000 implants—experience you simply can’t get from a general dentist.
Advanced Technology
We use 3D CT scanning, dental lasers, and micro-instrumentation to ensure precise placement, faster healing, and minimal discomfort. Most patients are surprised by how gentle the process is.
Minimally Invasive Approach
Our laser-assisted techniques and growth proteins accelerate healing and reduce post-procedure discomfort. Many patients return to work the next day.

Missing a tooth? A single dental implant is the most natural, long-lasting solution to restore your smile.
Unlike bridges, implants don’t require altering adjacent teeth. They preserve your bone structure, prevent shifting, and look and function exactly like a natural tooth.
What to Expect
Initial Consultation
Comprehensive exam, X-rays, and 3D CT scan to assess bone health and create your personalised treatment plan.
Implant Placement
Titanium implant placed into the jawbone using minimally invasive laser techniques. Most patients experience minimal discomfort.
Healing Period
3–6 months for implant to integrate with bone (osseointegration).
Crown Placement
Custom crown attached to match your natural teeth perfectly.
Sedation Options Available: Choose from nitrous oxide (laughing gas), oral sedation, or IV sedation for maximum comfort.
All-on-4: New Teeth in One Day
If you’re living with failing teeth, loose dentures, or significant tooth loss, All-on-4 dental implants can transform your life—in just one day.
The All-on-4 technique uses four strategically placed implants to support a full arch of replacement teeth. You’ll leave our office with a beautiful, functional smile the same day as your procedure.
Why Choose All-on-4?
Immediate Results
Walk in with failing teeth, leave with a confident new smile.
No Bone Grafting
Specially angled implants maximise existing bone, eliminating the need for grafts in most cases.
Permanent Solution
Unlike dentures, your new teeth are fixed in place—no slipping, no adhesives, no embarrassment.
Eat What You Love
Enjoy steak, apples, and all your favourite foods without worry.
What to Expect
Consultation & Planning
3D CT scan and comprehensive assessment to design your new smile.

Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about dental implants? We’ve got answers.
How much do dental implants cost?
The cost of dental implants varies depending on your specific needs, bone health, and whether additional procedures (like bone grafting) are required. During your free consultation, we’ll provide a comprehensive treatment plan with transparent pricing. Most patients find that the long-term value of implants—durability, function, and aesthetics—far outweighs the initial investment. We also offer flexible financing options to make treatment accessible.
Does the implant procedure hurt?
Most patients are surprised by how comfortable the procedure is. We use minimally invasive laser techniques and offer three levels of sedation (nitrous oxide, oral sedation, and IV sedation) to ensure you’re completely at ease. During the procedure, you’ll be fully numbed and won’t feel pain. Afterwards, most patients experience only mild discomfort that’s easily managed with over-the-counter pain relief. Many return to work the next day.
How long do dental implants last?
With proper care, dental implants can last a lifetime. The titanium implant itself integrates with your jawbone and is incredibly durable. The crown (visible tooth) may need replacement after 10–15 years due to normal wear, but the implant itself remains. Our doctors have placed over 40,000 implants, and many of our patients have had their implants for 20+ years with no issues.
Am I a candidate for dental implants?
Most people with missing teeth are candidates for dental implants, even if you’ve been told otherwise. During your free consultation, we’ll conduct a 3D CT scan to assess your bone structure and overall oral health. Even if you have bone loss, we offer advanced techniques like bone grafting and All-on-4 that can make implants possible. The best way to know is to schedule your free assessment—there’s no obligation.
What’s the difference between a periodontist and a general dentist?
Periodontists are specialists who complete three additional years of advanced training beyond dental school, focusing exclusively on gum health, bone regeneration, and dental implants. While many general dentists offer implant services, periodontists have far more experience and training in complex cases. Our doctors have placed over 40,000 implants and train other practitioners nationally and internationally—experience that translates to better outcomes for you.
How long does the implant process take?
The timeline varies based on your individual case, but typically: Initial consultation is about 1 hour (includes exam, X-rays, CT scan, and treatment plan). Implant placement takes 1–2 hours (you’ll leave with a temporary tooth if needed). Then there’s a healing period of 3–6 months for the implant to integrate with bone. Finally, crown placement takes 1–2 hours. For All-on-4 patients, you’ll leave with temporary teeth the same day as surgery.
What are my sedation options?
We offer three levels of sedation to match your comfort needs: Nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for mild relaxation where you’re fully conscious and can drive yourself home. Oral sedation for moderate relaxation via pill, where you’re conscious but deeply relaxed and need a driver. IV sedation for deep relaxation with minimal memory of the procedure, also requiring a driver. During your consultation, we’ll discuss which option is best for you.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer flexible financing options to make dental implants accessible. We accept most major insurance plans and can help you maximise your benefits. For out-of-pocket costs, we work with third-party financing companies that offer low-interest payment plans. We’ll review all your options during your consultation so you can make an informed decision.
